Lovely hotel in the city.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lenox. We found it to be in a good location. The decor is beautiful although there is currently a little work going on on the main lobby. I’m sure once it is finished it will be fabulous. It didn’t affect our stay though. The one downside is there isn’t a coffee machine or even a kettle in the room. Having to go into the main lobby to pick up your free coffee or tea in the morning isn’t the most convenient thing to do, especially if you see an early riser. For the price you pay here you should get complimentary coffee or tea in your room. The other thing is I found the walls a little thin but again it wasn’t such a big problem as our neighbours didn’t stay up late. All in all we really liked it.

I found the hotel very comfortable, they provided everything I needed. The night I stayed I got an upgrade to a suite with fireplace which was a nice touch. The location is perfect with everything being on the doorstep.

Loved everything about our boutique hotel experience! My best friend and I stayed in a double queen superior room and it was perfect. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but that felt minor considering everything else that exceeded our expectations! The staff couldn't be kinder or more helpful, the Irving is one of the best hotel bars EVER, and the lobby is just to die for.
