Some staff over the top; some average. That’s rounds out to above average. Nice, clean, up-to-date property. A few oddities, though. Little access to electrical outlets in the lobby, making it difficult to top off cellphones. The truly odd things is the pricing. You pay whatever for a room, and then are charged $25/day for which you get dollar-for-dollar credit on additional spend, eg at the bar and restaurant. OK, so some MBA crunched the numbers and figured out most people will either spend more, in which they make whatever their margins, or will spend less, in which the underage is a windfall. Nice model, but it feels a little manipulative, and so a little off-putting.

My husband and I enjoyed a little staycation at The Row for Valentine’s Day! We loved the location, the room, and the pool. The staff was awesome and we especially loved Anny! She was so helpful and kind towards us for the entire visit. We would recommend The Row to anyone and everyone! :)

The room was modern and clean. I had a special pillow request they accommodated and the staff member at the bar was very helpful finding a gluten-free option for me. Right next to transit made it easy to get around.

The hotel itself was lovely however who ever takes care of the pool needs to be trained - all our children received chemical burns all over their bodies and have been miserable for last 24 hours - the chlorine was well above safe levels

Staff support was lacking. There was an issue with their system the night we stayed so were unable to get drinks at the bar or order room service. When I spoke to someone on the phone, they apologized for the inconvenience and said if I ordered from Plato, right next door, they would grab the order and bring it to our room. So I ordered and then called again to let them know. The second person I spoke to was rude and very short and said “no we can’t do that as the hotel is not connected to the restaurant”. I told her that’s not what the previous rep said but she didn’t seem to care. Meanwhile my husband grabbed the order and literally went through the connecting door to grab the food. Like why lie? The overall experience was poor.
