The 20.00 you charge to park on the property is a definite issue. The only way to access your hotel is with a car. It is not in walking distance or on public transportation. This feels like a money grab on your already paying customers and due to it I would recommend other hotels in the area. Your front desk staff could also use some training on customer service and being friendly. The restaurant staff was excellent.

Room didn't feel super clean. Neighbor had a child that whined and cried for two hours straight. I called the front desk and security came up but it was awful. 2-4am. Cheese in the breakfast buffet was moldy.
