Loved the room and most of the staff was fantastic. There was a server - possibly the manager - of the restaurant who was loudly complaining about how stressed and busy they were, which was unsettling as we were waiting for a table and then waiting for our food. The family next to us then told us that their orange juice had flies in it, so we declined to drink ours. Otherwise our own server was great and the rest of our breakfast was too. Pool was way overcrowded to the point that we left. All that said, I would give it another stay.

We enjoyed a three night stay to attend the Lexington and Concord 250 festivities. The staff was excellent and our room was comfortable and clean. Adjacent parking garage was convenient. Hotel location is right off Hwy 95.

Bentley mom here. This is our third stay (out of probably 9 stays locally.) it’s become our preferred hotel. This trip though, the bathroom seemed VERY small. Maybe I never noticed? But it’s hard to change in the small space .. and it’s a double room. But great value!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at the Westin. The beds were so comfortable and the room was very clean. We recieved vouchers for the restaurant below for breakfast each morning. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and also having the option to order off the menu. I will definitely choose the Westin again.

Quick check in, room was clean bathroom needed a deep cleaning, especially the floor. Refrigerator was not plugged in and no one came to connect after we called. Breakfast buffet was $25 pp and definitely not with it. We chose hotel because it was close to everything.

Our stay was great. Only issue was we had no choice but to pay for parking at $20 a night. I wish that had been more obviously indicated when I made the reservation. Or maybe the hotel could give another option. Is there any compensation for this ? Also, we wanted to change our reservation from 4 to 2 people, which would have reduced the price from $191 to $171. I called well in advance to inquire, but the customer service from Hotels.com couldn’t just reimburse us the difference of $20. He said that the original reservation would have to be canceled and anew one would bea higher price. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you for considering my situation.

This rooms in this property definitely needs an upgrade. The bathroom needs to be redone and the carpet made the drool feel stuffy. The separate parking structure was inconvenient. They should charge the $20 and offer Valet parking.

Awful layout, but nice rooms (except sink drain)

Office park Westin, so expectations were not high. I stay in hotels maybe 40-50 nights a year for work and play, and feel the need to review this one. Accommodated my late (12:15 am) arrival from the West Coast fairly well, though there was no one at the front desk when I arrived (they must have seen me on camera and came out within a minute or so). Appreciated that they gave me a free breakfast voucher. And breakfast was quick/ decent — real-ish eggs! (Not the usual powdered garbage.) Layout of the hotel is simply awful — one elevator bank and then a very long hallway with (closed) fire doors that made me doubt whether there were any more rooms beyond (including mine). I actually walked back and called the front desk to make sure I hadn’t missed something. Room was good / comfortable, if a bit dated (like most Westins). But was annoyed to discover that the sink drain was somehow clogged and water backed up into the sink right away and wouldn’t drain. Good shower and comfortable bed. Iron was old and not wonderful but did the trick. Parking situation was annoying (garage with very low clearance and unclear layout…not connected to hotel so still had to walk across the entry driveway/circle in the cold/rain. Gates were up so at least ends up being free rather than having to pay twenty for a subpar service.
