Design of the lobby in the room, quality of the mattresses, friendliness and responsiveness of staff. The only problem we had was the TV could not connect to our phone to play Netflix; the receptionist said another room was having the same problem and it could not be solved at that time

The room had no heat so they brought up space heaters. The space heaters were really cooling fans so they had to change out for real space heaters. The bathroom shower leaked all over the bathroom floor as a rubber strip on the door was cracked/missing. The elevator was not working properly so it took a long time to get an elevator...no accommodation was offered to us....they just kept saying sorry....don't think I would go there again.
