Ok for one night

Stayed there for doctor’s appointment. Room is ok for one night, but could use some improvements. Bed is very uncomfortable. Windows are leaky (8th floor) and HVAC sounds like 30+ years old. Bathroom clean enough, tub does not drain well. Cable is bad quality.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem was the MGH construction site across the street that seem to run 24/7 which contributed some noise at night ( though the hotel building insulated noise surprisingly well) and since the heavy window curtains could not be closed - light from the construction site made sleeping difficult. Next time I would know request a room facing the other side of the hotel.

It was ok.

Room was ok. Staff was ok. Breakfast was ok. Location was good. Tears and dirt in public areas esp. carpet. Worn wallpaper. No fan in bathroom. Noisy hallways and outside. Elevator made a lot of noise. Advertised pool but it was outdoor. No charging stations for electric car available. Parking was expensive. Staff was ok.

Very noisy

Check-in was fine. The staff was helpful. The room was clean however there is no noise protection. There is a construction site directly across the street. There are motorcycles and sirens and traffic all night long got zero sleep would not recommend.

Location is great for public transit, but there is construction going on next door so be prepared to be woken up at 6:57am each day. Would be great if the hotel offered complimentary earplugs until construction is complete.

Staff was very diligent and helpful. Valet was very cordial and guest- friendly same as front desk. At midnight some guest was screaming, called front desk and they resolved the issue quickly.
