I have stayed at Wyndham properties across the country for years. This has been the most disappointing stay with Wyndham I have ever had. Staff was extremely rude . Came to my room before check out time trying to rush me out . Check out time was 12:00 pm , they began rushing me out before 9:30 am. Staff At the front desk was rude and condescending when I asked a question.

I did pre check in and still had to ask for my ID. 8 am I get a knock on the door from house keeping asking when I was leaving I said 12. I got another knock at my door at 1140 to see if I was leaving. I was getting ready to leave in 2 mins. I went downstairs and told the front desk and she apologized and that was it. Also put my room to 65 because it was so hot and very difficult to sleep. My room never got cooler. I wish my stay could have been better.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I just need to relay a few things. Staff was great, friendly polite, and helpful. Room was clean. Had a couple of things in the bathroom. Shower curtain was not able to stay closed, it kept sliding in to the middle from both sides. So water was getting out, very slow to drain, so standing in dirty water! Not so nice. Heater in the room was pretty noisy turning on and off all night long. Do understand it’s winter so it’s hard to keep the room at a constant temperature. But woke up a lot. Very dry because of the heater blowing all night. Location can’t be beat, I have to go to Mass eye and ear every year. This is great, my wife and I take the T in from Elwife station. The Wyndham is in walking distance from the station and can walk to Mass eye and ear. I kinda expected more from the Wyndham, need to do some upgrading on the building! Again the staff was super nice!

This place was close enough to walk to TD Garden and had excellent valet parking. However, when we tried to shower the drain was clogged and once we seen a roach in our bathroom we packed up and left!!

Room was not well cleaned, there was construction four floors above that started at 9am on a Sunday, which was incredibly loud in the room and made the walls vibrate. The alarm clock in the room had been set to 6am, so we were woken early with an alarm we had not set, then sleep was disrupted by loud construction. When we called the front desk, they did not seem to think this was an abnormal disruption. Overall, wouldn’t stay here again.
