Lovely surprise!

Low-budget hotel (as you can expect from Ibis) but surprisingly with a big room, everything smells brand new, shower with good water pressure and attentive staff. Simple, but a good breakfast. Bed was huge and comfortable. Easy access to the roads to the University or city center. Would definitely stay there again!

O check-in é às 15h. Cheguei às 12h, conforme informado aqui no site, mas nada pôde ser feito mesmo acompanhada de uma idosa. Excepcionalmente a atendente das 12h é antipática e monossilábica. Sobre o estacionamento, apesar de constar que as vagas são limitadas, haviam várias vagas isoladas e sem uso. Ao chegar à noite, fomos orientados a estacionar na rua, sob a justificativa de que o estacionamento é uma cortesia e não uma obrigação do hotel. Por isso, deixo apenas um alerta a futuros hóspedes, se guardar o carro dentro do hotel é uma prioridade para você, vale considerar que há poucas vagas disponíveis e talvez seja melhor avaliar outras opções de hospedagem na cidade. Por outro lado, o quarto é acolhedor e o café da manhã muito bom, com variedade de pães e também opções para vegetarianos. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel? Não!

Incrível!!! Superou todas as nossas expectativas. Hotel padrão Ibis só no preço. Quartos espaçosos com camas king maravilhosas e roupas de cama e banho excelentes. Café da manhã maravilhoso com vários itens, muitos deles só encontrados em hotéis de alto padrão. Esse hotel realmente se preocupa com o bem estar do seus hóspedes.

A equipe de funcionários são muito educados, o café da manhã muito bom, porém achei que a cama de casal deixou a desejar no tamanho. Também no meu apartamento notei que a torneira de água quente do chuveiro estão invertidas, onde ao ligar o chuveiro com água quente, sai água fria e vice versa, tanto que minha esposa até me chamou para ver o que estava acontecendo, e eu já havia notado.

A estrutura física do hotel é muito boa e moderna. Quarto espaçoso para o padrão IBIS. Mas pecou muito na limpeza. Tinha biscoitos no chão ao lado da cama. Não havia toalhas de rosto, shampoo, touca de banho. Na minha opinião a estrutura física é de IBIS e o funcionamento padrão BUDGET. Café da manhã razoável.
