If you’re coming to Boulder to be close to downtown and Pearl Street, this is the perfect spot. You’re just a 9-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) to shops, restaurants, bars, and everything downtown Boulder has to offer.

Step up to this super cute and charming home and walk into an open, welcoming living and dining space. The living room features two large, comfy couches—one of which pulls out into a queen bed—and a 50` flat screen TV (not pictured, but it`s there). The dining table seats six and is great for entertaining. On the main floor, you`ll also find a full bathroom and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

First Bedroom (Main Floor):
This room has a twin trundle bed (two twin mattresses), a dresser, and a closet. Please note: it`s a small room with two skylights, so it gets bright in the morning. There are no covers on the skylights, so be ready to rise with the sun!

From the main floor, you can access the large, fully fenced backyard—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the rocking chairs.

Second Bedroom (Upstairs):
Head up the stairs to a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, full-length mirror, dresser, and closet. There’s also a dedicated office space with a desk and chair if you need to get some work done. A second full bathroom is located on this floor as well.

Parking:
You’ll have one covered parking space in the back alley and one legal spot in front of the house.

Other things to note:
The next door neighbor has a very sweet 2-year-old dog named Bailey that you share a fence with— she is very sweet and friendly, you might hear an occasional bark.
No shoes in the house please!
