    Authentic renovated chalet on the slopes 5 min walk Arc 1600 4 ch 3 bath 12pers

    We rent a unique chalet by its location that we completely renovated in 2018. It is an old sheepfold dating from 1874 inhabited by "the old lady with hens". We have converted it into two independent apartments of 110 m2 each.
    It is located at the bottom of the hiding track, still snow-covered thanks to numerous snow cannons.
    You leave and arrive on skis in front of the chalet. Children can descend to the ski school by an easy slope in 30 seconds.
    The village of Arc 1600 and its shops can be reached in 5 minutes on foot as well as the funicular which allows you to connect Bourg Saint Maurice.
    We welcome you personally on your arrival, your luggage and your groceries will be transported by us in a caterpillar. The most tired can also enjoy it.

    Excellent séjour aux Arcs (4 adultes et 5 enfants) semaine du 10 Avril 2023. Très belle maison rénovée avec gout et matériaux de qualité. Situation sur les pistes vraiment excellente pour le dépaysement mais pas trop loin non plus du centre de la station. Hôtes aux petits soins avec nous ;-) On recommande les yeux fermés! Gilles B

    Le chalet est vraiment top! La déco est soignée, que de beaux matériaux utilisés pour une rénovation réussie. La literie est très confortable. Nous avons vraiment passé une chouette semaine de vacances dans un cadre très relaxant. La vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle et les propriétaires très bienveillants. 👍

    Great chalet in a great location

    We stayed in the chalet as a family (2 adults and 4 children) and really enjoyed our stay. The chalet is in an excellent location right on the pistes and only a short walk to the facilities and shops in the main bit of Arcs 1600. The chalet is very well equipped, modern, clean, very well renovated and has all the facilities you would like when spending a week skiing. We would definitely stay again.

    Superbe chalet confortable et très bien rénové

    Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce superbe chalet confortable, très bien rénové et très bien équipé. Prestation haut de gamme avec literie neuve. Grande pièce à vivre idéale pour une groupe de 10/12 personnes. Nous étions 12 adultes et nous avions largement l'espace nécessaire. Chalet sur les pistes offrant un accès immédiat au télésiège Cachette en chaussant les skis devant le chalet. Chalet au calme et isolé mais avec un accès rapide à pied au cœur des Arcs 1600. M. et Mme Reviriaud nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux et étaient disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes. Je recommande vivement ce logement qui est un très très bon rapport qualité/prix.

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce chalet rénové aux Arcs 1600. Le chalet est très bien situé, directement sur les pistes et permet de partir et revenir skis aux pieds. Il est spacieux, confortable et très agréable pour y passer une semaine. De plus, les propriétaires sont vraiment très serviables et ont été très réactifs à nos demandes. Nous recommandons vivement.

    Accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Chalet très confortable, avec un espace de vie donnant sur une terrasse en plein soleil, sur les pistes. Sa décoration est sobre et élégante. Les chambres sont à l'étage inférieur ce qui est un plus pour le silence et le confort de ceux qui veulent se reposer. La seule difficulté est l'accès au chalet avec valises ou courses en dehors du premier et dernier jour (en cas de départ en cours de séjour par exemple) nous recommandons vivement ce chalet.

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet idéalement situé sur les pistes au calme mais très proche d'ARC 1600, très dépaysant et reposant. La décoration est soignée et l'équipement très fonctionnel Magnifique vue de la terrasse où un fait bon prendre les repas . Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis chaleureux et ont été aux petits soins pour nous , bon conseil concernant les activités à faire aux ARCS. Bref un super séjour ! A recommander sans hésitation

    Des vacances parfaites !

    Nous avons passés une semaine en famille dans un chalet magnifique et entièrement refait à neuf! Je tiens à souligner que l’accueil de notre hôtesse, Julie, était parfait (toujours à l’écoute et prévenante), et que le chalet offre des prestations haut de gamme! La grande terrasse est un plus indéniable qui offre une vue époustouflante! Mais le vrai atout de ce chalet c’est son emplacement : être à la fois « sur les pistes » mais aussi proche de la station! L’endroit idéal pour se ressourcer.
