Grand view if can be seen but shoddy
The apartment was as warm as toast with lovely sea views but they would have been better if the hedges had been tidier, there hadn't been a For Sale Sign board the double-glazed windows hadn't blown and the front garden was a terrible mess. The car park at the rear is creepy at night and an utter disgrace, litter, dog mess, storage facilites that are accessed all times of the day and night. Lots of rubbish at the front was due to smokers. I picked up about five discarded lighters. There were balconies, but not an ashtray to be seen anywhere. The list of problems in the property...lounge door handle was wobbly and not attached to the door...the shower head holder was held on with a cable clip. The shower rail was flimsy and when closed you can't access the taps. The only 'towel rail' come hand rail is directly under the shower. The water was far too hot. The toilet seat was wobbly and rusty screws. The basin plug just lay in the basin. There needs to be a blind in the bathroom and kitchen and nets for daytime privacy in the bedrooms. The walls are paper thin as was the floor/ceiling. Could hear people talking and walking in adjacent flats. Upstairs needs carpeting to stop the noise of feet. There was a crack in the lounge ceiling. The patio door lock is worn out and doesn't always lock. The fake grass on the veranda is lumpy and dangerous. The tv cupboard has a strange hinge so doesn't open or close. Lots of other things but I have ran out of space
