I had a slight problem with the room but the staff were extremely helpful and the problem was swiftly fixed. Apart from that though, it was a lovely stay and look forward to coming back.

Great hotel

Just a one night stay as seeing a show. Very smart and comfortable room, nice bar area and restaurant fantastic position on sea front. Would certainly stay again. Friendly and attentive staff

Everything was extremely well. The only reason I gave this a 4 star because some of the amenities was disappointing, no snack bar in the room, no smart tv & no special requests for room service (they had baguette & they had cheese but refused to make a cheese sandwhich)

I loved my room with a great sea view. The coffee machine was complicated and didnt work though. The food was overpriced not very good and quite tasteless and although I paid for a breakfast I found I could have got a far better and cheaper one in a stones throw of the venue. Drinks also overpriced

Lovely hotel and great staff

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. The quality of breakfast could be improved and staff were struggling to keep up with demand at busy times. Rooms were in good condition, although the age of the building meant we could hear people taking and moving around in the rooms above and below. 4pm checkin feels far too late, although our room was ready sooner and we checked in on arrival. Overall a pleasant stay.

We paid top money to stay in this hotel because it was an advertising a beautiful health suite which I have used many times historically and paid a lot more than the competitionrs. We were not informed by EXPEDIA or the hotel staff on check in that the spa had been closed down for a very long time. Absolutely horrified by this inconvenience by Expedia and Marriott.
