I am so disappointed to see your comments and I send my apologies for the maintenance and cleanliness issues you have found in your room. This is far from our normal standard and we have looked into this with our Housekeeping management team. We do have policies in place as part of Hilton since the pandemic as cleanliness is a main priority for us so I am so sorry this was not your experience on your stay. Thank you for your review following your stay with us. I am sorry you had a wait on check in. Since re-opening we have had to inform our guests of all our practices and procedures and also have had slightly longer wait times to ensure the cleanliness of the bedrooms. We have now improved this to ensure our guests are not left waiting. W appreciate your feedback on the TV and ironing board so we can rectify this.
