Thank you for my opinion

My opinion 1) Need refrigerator mini in the room. 2) Repair the noise on the floor. 3) the spare to take a shower it's very small for me not good. 4) the other room noise a lot 5) all that way is good and possible without changing the prices.

Awful

I will be requesting a partial refund, while the state of the room was tired and dirty, the en suite was disgustingly filthy and falling apart. The tap was not fixed to the basin, the towel rail had pieces missing and was barely hanging on the wall. Broken, cracked and missing wall and floor tiles, the bath panel was broken and hanging out of the side of the bath. There were hairs everywhere. It was also from the 80’s and it showed, probably never been cleaned since then! The bedroom door was clearly not up to fire regulations and clearly not BM TRADA certified, we wanted a cup of tea in the morning but, when I looked in the kettle there was something growing in it. The breakfast service was terrible with no information or guidance given except for a list of foods on a menu, we had no idea what was included or not and not offering condiments. There was a games building (which we were not told about) but, it was locked, a number of guests tried to open the door only to find it locked, it should be unlocked at a regular time every day, it’s not rocket science. Maybe they should spend less on coaches and more on cleanliness. It goes to show what a useless inspectorate system we have if this place can be trading even when it is putting guests lives at risk. So many seaside hotels are like this I’m embarrassed to be British. Hotels.com should be ashamed of themselves but, like the Hotel owners they won’t be because they just care about money . This hotel should be closed down.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room has quite dated, but it was clean and well looked after. The safe were very nice and we all enjoyed the swimming pool and games room.

the property was very basic and quite old fashioned. I did not eat there and I did not use the pool, which was quite small. would have been nice to have an outdoor space without it being next to the car park where the coaches park. No toiletries other than a tiny tablet of soap and limited towel. Nothing really wrong, just not somewhere I would like to stay for very long I stayed one night. Good price tho

Our first stay in late June was a positive experience, at a cost of only about £61 per night, not including breakfast. This time, in busy holiday season, the cost was £114 per night. Room 146 in the Redwood 14 annexe had a horrible layout (long and narrow with very little space) and there was a foul smell coming from the shower drain. We changed rooms the next day (to a vastly better room in the main building) and were offered free breakfast for two by way of apology. However, any hotel would have to pay *me* to stay in a room with a smell like that, unfit for human habitation.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in my life. It was so dirty I didn't want to be there at all, so just stayed out until 10pm both days I was there. There were dead wasps, thick dust and sweet wrappers everywhere and they were never cleaned. The floors were covered in dirt. There were public hairs in the bath and on the bathroom floor. When you stood inside the bath to shower it rocked and moves backward and forward and i’m a tiny size 10 lady). The bedding smelt like chip fat. The building is very old and not maintained and also has no sound proofing so the whole night you are woken by doors closing, people walking and talking and creaking noises. The stench of over used chip fat pumps around the building in the morning, waking you up at 7am feeling sick from it. Decor is from the 70’s, it’s old drab, dusty and smelling. Pool is disgusting and tiny, took one look and never even got in. Cleaners came, never replaced my towels, never made my beds and never washed my cups or replaced milk’s or tea’s. I usually stay in caravan parks or Travelodge, I’m really not a fussy person but this was like something from a horror movie. Steer well clear!
