Arrived early so lucky to score a car park for our 2 night stay. Friendly welcome. Lovely room with leafy outlook. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to East Cliff zig zag path and down to city centre.

Had an excellent stay at the Grove Hotel. Clean, spacious well furnished and decorated throughout the premises. My room was upgraded and I also received a drinks voucher which was a lovely bonus. The freshly cooked delicious full english breakfast was included in my rate. I would like to mention the hotel staff Roberto and Reddy who went to great lengths to offer a high level of customer service and support. The Grove is a quality hotel which offers great value for money. Thank you, I shall no doubt return again in the future.

Staff were brilliant. On arrival the lights in my room didn’t work which I reported and the issue was resolved really quickly The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely.. Would definitely recommend this hotel..it’s a little tired in places but it didn’t affect tue overall stay at all

The room was a good size and clean and the staff helpful and polite. We borrowed an iron and ironing board from reception and they couldn't have been nicer. I would stay here again. Nice view from our window of the garden.

Our room on the 2nd floor was clean, spacious and well kitted out, with a good sized bathroom (with shower), fridge, large flat-screen TV and comfortable beds. Service throughout was excellent, from reception to dining room, where the breakfast was very good. Free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough. There's limited parking available at the hotel at a cost of £10 per night. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the pier and Pavilion Theatre
