On the ground floor, a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen, a table and 15 chairs, and a lounge area, along with two inviting bedrooms (each with a 160x200cm double bed, one with a desk for working from home), offer true independence. A bathroom with a toilet completes the ground floor. Upstairs, two further bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed and one with a 90x200cm bed) (four with 140x190cm beds) extend the sleeping area, along with a second shower room and toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone, whether you are traveling as a family, with friends, or as a business group. Electric heating. Ski storage. The location is a real asset: the chalet faces the slopes of the Boutx – Le Mourtis resort, which are within walking distance. In winter, with ski-in/ski-out access, you can enjoy a family-friendly resort renowned for its excellent snow conditions and welcoming atmosphere. For the rest of the year, the mountains transform into a vast playground. Nearby, there's no shortage of activities: panoramic hikes starting from Le Mourtis, walks in the forest around Boutx, exploring the Garonne Valley and its Pyrenean villages, excursions to Luchon and its thermal baths, relaxing moments at Lake Montréjeau, exploring mountain biking trails and the legendary mountain passes of the Pyrenees, not to mention the local cuisine to be savored in mountain inns.
