Unwind in Sint Maarten at this marvelous "Penthouse" condo. This unit is the highest priced unit of all of them! Its wrap-around balcony gives that extra gorgeous view either from the living room, dining room or Master bedroom through those massive balcony sliding doors!!

With three spacious bedrooms, EACH one featuring a king bed, massive 72" ceiling fans, 55 inch color TV with all USA channels including ESPN & Movie Channels, guests can enjoy restful nights and plenty of room to spread out.

Two bathrooms offer relative convenience for all guests, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. The Master bath offers the convenience of a roll-in-shower with a wide entrance and plenty of space to accommodate the wheelchair and/or a caregiver.

Every room has a 73" ceiling fan for extra comfort!!

The penthouse provides an additional TWO KING SIZE PULLOUT couches as well! All linen is provided 24/7 for these! Imagine sharing this BEAUTIFUL condo with 3 couples and/or 4 children! So much fun!! So much more practical than paying for 4 hotel rooms!
