Our cottage is spacious and picturesque! Ideal to spend a few days with the family or make a group getaway :) The whole unit of the house is located on the ground floor. The stairs that can be seen in the photo are the access to an attic that is used as a storage room. Everything is designed for leisure inside and outside the house. Inside, you will find a large living room with windows, a large and comfortable sofa, television, dining table, table football, air hockey machine and exit to the rear area with barbecue and swings. The house also has a second smaller and more cozy lounge with dining area, sofas, television and fireplace. Outside you will find the pool with hydromassage, solarium, orchard, swing, barbecue, a pinpon net, a mobile goal and a large surface parking area. The space and its facilities offer endless ways to have fun outdoors! The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, in addition to all the utensils and basic utensils. As for the air conditioning, both the rooms and the rooms have hot / cold air conditioning.

The house is located in a very quiet urbanization located between Almensilla and Palomares del Rio. It is only 15 minutes by car from Seville capital so, if you also feel an urban, dynamic and tourist environment, you will have it at your fingertips :)
