This property was surprisingly very clean, affordable, and had eveything one would expect in the room including refrigerator, and microwave. It was stocked with plenty of towels of all 3 sizes. The staff was great. And Jose was beyond kind, helpful, always greeting everyone and offerring assistance. He helped start our day every morning during breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A nice place to use as a base. The room we got was very large. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. The offered breakfast was also a welcome option.

Convenient if you’re heading in and out of Bozeman. Older hotel, could use a refresh. Room was clean and it did the job. Free and hardy breakfast in the morning.

The room was very clean and well apportioned. The bars of soap were very small, so that might be an improvement, and the shampoo container was nearly empty. All in all, I really like the breakfast and the quiet nature of the hotel.

We had a weird room that led out into the lobby so we could hear everything. It was a busy weekend so people were coming in and out until after midnight and we kept getting woken up. Also we stayed there for 5 nights and never had our room cleaned. We found a stain on the bedspread. When we went to the desk to get a new one the person working seemed annoyed and had us wait and come back to get a clean one.

I booked this property through Expedia. That was the first mistake. Then we had a change of plans. I needed to cancel the reservation. Expedia told me I’d have to contact the hotel directly and that they could not help. I contacted the hotel front desk and they said I could cancel but would be charged $50. I accepted that and with that information, booked another hotel that night in another town. An hour after canceling the room and booking another hotel, another person from this hotel called me and said I couldn’t cancel and would be charged a full room rate…just under $300. That person said I’d need to contact Expedia to resolve it. I explained that Expedia told me that I’d have to work with the hotel. This other person at the hotel said that Expedia already had charged them their booking commission and there was nothing he could do. I’d need to speak with their GM but he would not be on site until Monday, this was Saturday. This was unacceptable, both Expedia and this hotel were claiming the other party was responsible. I contacted Expedia on Monday to contest the charge. They said they’d call the GM to resolve the issue. The GM told them he would not refund my room minus $50. I attempted to call the GM twice and even left a message. He was either not available or not onsite each time I called and did not return my call. My advice…always book directly with the hotel and record every call it get a commitment to refund in writing. I am so frustrated!

The room was very spacious and clean. We choose not to have our room cleaned, since we did not know what the rules were for cleaning. Staff should let you know. I know a lot of states are eco friendly.
