8/10 Good

Everything was excellent except the Kleenex dispenser was empty and the plumber who installed their faucets doesn't know how to use the stops that keep it from turning backwards. So you could pull it forward or push it back to turn the water on, then you had to carefully find the null spot in the middle to turn it off. In addition, the stopper in the sink was stuck in the down position. I crawled under the sink to see if I could fix it but lacked the tools. So I manually opened the drain while I was down there. If the next person closes it they'll have to get back under there to open it. Last point is that it smells like somebody grinded up a flower shop and sprinkled it in the room. I suspect maybe there was a smoker in here and part of the cleanup is to use strong scents to cover it up. But all in all it was better than the Motel 6 across the street, where the desk clerk was clearly tweaking and they never saw a dog or a homeless person that they didn't give run of the hotel. Even though my reservation there was non-refundable, I left and walked across the street to the Quality Inn.
