Cold night.

It was good but the heat in the room was terrible, took all night to come up to 20 degrees, i do not think the radiators worked, only a small heater was working, out side it was minus 20.

We had a great evening at the Inn at the Falls. Staff were amazing and ready to help when needed. Wonderful view from the room and balcony. The dinner at the on-site, Italian restaurant was wonderful and reasonable.We will definitely book further nights at the Inn!

Booked hotel for a night away. Check in was good and easy walk to downtown Bracebridge where there are nice shops and dining options. Unfortunately a barking dog in a nearby room was not ideal. Staff were quick to address with owners. Facilities are nice, but dated. Rooms, and especially bathroom, are very small. Nice sitting room in lobby and continental breakfast was adequate.

My friend and I stayed at the Inn for a trip to Santas Village, turned out to be a declared a major snow event. All the guests came together, helped each other up the hill from the hotel parking lot and shoveled out of the parking lot. The staff was great, the resturant was fantastic food. Deffinatly get the chicken entre! Great location to town and secondary highways. Would deffinatly stay here again just not during the winter. PTSD now! Thanks for the memories that will last for ever!
