I made the most polite complaint ever, but there was no effort to follow up with my exacting complaint. I mentioned that the room was damp and unclean but the recipient of my email instead passed the buck and disposed the responsibility of blame lower down the chain of command to their cleaning team. Why do we appoint managers?

The room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Good shower facilities and big smart TV. We stayed at the hotel on a Saturday and there was an event that night, but the room was very quiet, we didn't hear a thing.

Needed to book an extra night at short notice and the staff were extremely helpful in accommodating me. Sorted another room very quickly and helped sort my stuff to move. Food was very good and greta large screen entertainment. Will definitely be staying here again.
