Easy check-in, restaurant was lovely - modern, lots of options on menu, fun sports bar and games to play. Pool was lovely, hot tub and bubble pool too. Room was clean, well-presented, enormous shower-wet room. Everything was great.

The hotel room itself was great for what we needed. Two large comfy beds in the family room. Great location for attractions in the area. Negatives: - We paid for access to the pool but never got to use it. Children can only access until 6 at the weekends. We checked in at 3. Went straight down to the pool and it was full. We went down a further 3 times between then and 5:30 and it was still full. We chose the hotel because it had a pool, so were very disappointed. - Family rooms are located on the first floor. At 6am, we were woken by incredibly loud music from the gym. The base was so loud, it shook the room and everyone was awake. Not what you want with young children.

Second time staying here but not as good as the first time. Only one towel was provided despite being a couple, one lampshade needed a bulb replaced as well as the shower backing up when in use due to slow draining or s blockage and ended up flooding the bathroom floor. The messaging app you have to use as you can't call any one is not very good and no one ever replied to my messages. We could also hear one of the training classes in the Gym downstairs at 7am.

Don’t bother!

Felt like I was on a stag do. Loads of men milling round everywhere, loud music, room was filthy and noisy, WiFi rubbish, no power sockets accessible by the bed.

Excellent stay, the hotel made it extra special for my son’s birthday. Very friendly staff and great food buffet for kids although this could have be replenished more often to keep things fresh, also some bits in apple juice at breakfast apart from that all food was good and helpful staff

The most positive experience about this hotel room is that the bed and bedding was very comfortable. I didn't hear any noise at all. We ate at the Village restaurant and that was marginal at best

Great Hotel, but Manager Charlie Was Extremely Rud

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and always enjoyed it. The service is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, this time, we were very disappointed with the pool—especially the behavior of the manager, Charlie. When we arrived with our children, the pool area was freezing. The emergency exit door, right next to the lounge chairs, was wide open, letting in a strong draft. It was propped open with an electrical reel. I closed it, but the lifeguard said it was per the manager’s instructions. When I asked to speak with him, a young man in a tracksuit approached and rudely said, "What do you want?", spoken in a tone as if he was the most important person there. Instead of apologizing, he insisted the door must stay open for ventilation, even though it was 7°C (44°F) and windy outside. If the ventilation system isn’t working, the pool should be temporarily closed, not left open to freezing drafts. We had to rush our kids out and dry them quickly to keep them from getting sick. We understand technical issues happen, but staff attitude matters. Charlie’s rude and unprofessional behavior left a very negative impression.
