Wonderful Stay

The cottage was nice and quaint. Beach is half a block away! Restaurants and shops within a block or two. We loved the 4th of July parade, nothing else like it. We will be back!!

Great place for families with children!

This home is in the perfect location for families who have young kids. We were able to get to the beach, food, etc. in a short walk. We also enjoyed how clean the home was and how quick to respond the property manager was. We will definitely stay here again.

Anna Maria Island getaway

We had an amazing time staying at this property for a long weekend. Location is perfect! Just across the street from beach access. We didn’t use our car the whole time there, just walked everywhere. Everything is just a short walk away. Close to Bridge street with shops, restaurants and bars. The cottage was very comfortable for our family of 5. Everything we needed as there during our stay. Lots of pillows, enough blankets, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Kitchen as well stocked. Very happy, would definitely stay there again! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Always a Great Stay

This is our second time staying here, I absolutely love the location and the cute beach cottage. The owners are amazing, so accommodating and quick to respond. I can’t wait to comeback next year.

Sun and Fun

We had a very enjoyable stay, but we had to cut our time short because of other people in our traveling group needing to go home earlier on accont of a death in the family. This place really exceeded our expectations! The bathrooms were clean and very modern and we had absolutely no complaint.

Great little property

The house was great. Only mark against the property is it is part of a compound of rentals. The other people staying in this enclave of rentals did not seem to understand that talking full volume at 7:00am outside of our bedroom was not cool.

Great location not so great stay

We were able to check in early which was great. Unfortunately, once we entered the property it was not so great. Sheets and blankets were dirty and stained. Cleaning staff called property manager and said we had more people staying with us then we did. Never had that happen when using VRBO. Blinds were broken and so was umbrella on outside patio so we couldn’t even enjoy it out there. Beds were so uncomfortable and small. The twin bed collapsed on my son while he was sleeping and he landed on the floor. Remodeled cottage which we thought was nice until actually settling in. No extra blankets given for pull out couch or trundle bed.

Perfect AMI Getaway

Perfect find! Lovely bungalow just across the rd from the beach. Great location (easy walk to bars and restaurants in Bridge St). Owner was fab to deal with. Place was super clean and bed super comfy and location lovely and quiet! 100% stay again.

Wonderful beach cottage

This nicely updated cottage was great for our week stay with our middle school and college aged kids. It was so convenient to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen had almost everything we needed to prepare meals (just missing a baking sheet or two for pizza/etc) and we could easily pop home for lunch. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

Great location and walkability. Cute and comfortable.

This nicely updated cottage was well done and in a great location. Easy to beach and Historic Bridge Street. Although, close to the action, it was quiet. Enjoyed the layout and the front and side porches. We never had to use our car. Nice size bathrooms and comfortable beds.
