Welcome to Palma Sola Oasis, a charming retreat nestled in the heart of Palma Sola Park, one of the most desirable vacation destinations in Bradenton. This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom home is your perfect base to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
Take a short stroll to Rose Park for the possibility of seeing Manatees or take in the beautiful views of the bay. Enjoy fishing off the Palma Sola Causeway or drop your boat in the water at the boat ramp, all less than 1 mile away. Also you are just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and IMG Academy, and a short drive to the pristine beaches of Anna Maria Island. With such a prime location and inviting atmosphere, Palma Sola Oasis truly has it all!
Surrounded by lush tropical and mature landscaping, the property feels like an oasis. Towering palms, vibrant flowering plants, and well-maintained greenery create a serene outdoor space perfect for relaxing or staying entertained. When walking into the property you will immediately notice the open, chic vibe to the home. The entryway opens directly into the living room that shares space with the dining room and kitchen which all allow for beautiful natural lighting to flow through the windows and sliding glass doors. Moving through the home you will find all 3 bedrooms as well as both bathrooms on the right side of the home. On the left side of the home there is a 1-car garage that is not large enough for parking but does contain beach equipment that is available to guests as well as plenty of space to store other items. The washer and dryer is also located in the garage and available for guest use.
When heading outside you will step right into the fully screened lanai which is complemented by plenty of seating under a covered patio and beautiful sunsets. In the backyard you will also find a BBQ grill, cozy wood-burning fire pit with seating, a hammock, private hot tub, and a putting green to practice your short game or work on being the putt-putt master of the vacation.
Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, is on the back right side of the house. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the hallway and share a bathroom.
