This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home in Downtown Bradenton sleeps 9 and is in great proximity to many different restaurants and attractions. Located in a prime location in Bradenton, you are also a short drive from local groceries, shopping, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!

When arriving to the property you instantly notice the tropical fauna and modern yet historical design of the home. When first walking into the home you will be greeted by amazing tile floors leading you into the spacious open floorplan of the bottom floor. Here you can keep yourself entertained in the living room, enjoy a delicious breakfast in the dining room, or relax on the patio through the french doors! Going past all of that, you will find a kitchen stocked with everything you will need to make all of your favorite homemade dishes! Through here you can get to the back of the house where you will enter a lovely den that opens out to an amazing pool deck/patio area with a covered cabana that will make you feel like you are at a luxury resort!

When making your way out to the tropical oasis in the back, you will notice that there is plenty of seating available both with and without shade for you and your guests to relax as you please. Back here you can also find a BBQ and a couple of tables which combine perfectly for a backyard bbq by the pool or under the cabana where there are 2 50-inch TVs for the whole family to enjoy! (The pool can be heated for an additional fee, inquire for more info.) You also have a shower in the back to rinse off after a long day at the beach or on a boat.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? 3 of the bedrooms are on the first floor with the 4th bedroom being a private getaway upstairs. The master is located just to the right of the front door once inside, it offers a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom. The next two bedrooms are following the right side of the house towards the back. Both offer queen size beds. The bedroom right across from the stairs offers a smart tv while the bedroom in back of the house offers a great view of the pool. The bedroom upstairs is accompanied by a bonus room with a TV that can be separated from the rest of the upstairs by closing the doors.

Looking to head to the beach? The sandy white beaches of Anna Maria Island are only 10 miles away!

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
