Charming and tastefully decorated, this beautiful 82m² three-bedroom apartment in Braga offers the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for both comfort and convenience. Located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs, the apartment provides a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa,a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. A private balcony enhances your stay, offering a peaceful space to enjoy the fresh air and unwind.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the property is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The sleeping arrangements cater to a variety of guests: the first bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, the second is equipped with a bunk bed, and the third offers two single beds along with a desk, making it ideal for work or study. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The apartment includes 1.5 bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need for a refreshing and hassle-free stay.

The property is situated in the São Victor parish of Braga an area that seamlessly blends residential comfort with urban convenience. The neighbourhood offers a variety of amenities, including local shops, cafés, and restaurants, catering to the daily needs of residents and visitors alike.

For those interested in exploring Braga’s cultural and historical attractions, several notable sites are within close reach. Just 380 meters away, Braga’s Exhibition Park hosts various events and exhibitions throughout the year, adding to the city’s lively cultural scene. A short 880-meter walk leads to Theatro Circo, a historic theatre renowned for its diverse performances, including concerts, plays, and dance shows. The same distance away, Praça da República stands as the bustling heart of the city, offering a blend of historical charm and modern vibrancy with its outdoor cafés and local events.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
