Essential Guest Info:
-Laundry on Site: Washer and dryer available for guest use.
-What to Bring: We provide fresh linens, blankets, and pillows
-Winter Note: One bathroom is winterized and unavailable during the coldest months (one full bathroom remains available year-round).
-Safety: There is one active security camera located at the front door (Ring doorbell). This camera faces the driveway and entryway for guest safety and property security. There are no cameras, recording devices, or microphones inside the home.

House Rules & Damage Policy:
-Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. -Violations may result in immediate removal from the property and additional charges.
-This property runs on a private septic system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. This includes "flushable" wipes, paper towels, or feminine products.
Penalty: If a backup occurs due to prohibited items, the guest will be responsible for the full cost of an emergency pump-out and plumbing repair (typically $500+).
-Cancellations- The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
-Minimum Booking Age- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
-The maximum number of guests is limited to 10. Additional guests will not be allowed.
-This is a 100% smoke and vape-free property. Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in an automatic $350 deep-cleaning fee.
-Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
-Guests acknowledge the presence of one exterior security camera at the front entrance. Tampering with or covering the exterior camera is a violation of house rules.

Check-In Time is 4:00 PM
Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges.
