At a time of frustration from another hotel in Brandon, Holiday Inn and the kindest human at the front desk made a stressful sitaution melt away with excellent customer service, very clean rooms, comfy beds, amazing shower and to top it off one of the best breakfasts in a hotel!! Everyone that worked here were all so kind and friendly. Would highly recommend!!

The rooms were kept in great condition, clean and comfortable. Other than street noise, it was very quiet in the rooms. The breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very friendly.
