Die Bushaltestelle der Wendelstein-Ringlinie sowie der Bahnhof (Strecke München-Rosenheim-Kufstein) sind in ca. 8 Gehminuten erreichbar. Durch seine verkehrsgünstige Lage zur Inntalautobahn und A8 München-Salzburg ist Brannenburg der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Chiemsee, Schliersee, Wendelstein-Zahnradbahn u.v.m.)

Die gemütliche Wohnung wurde 2018 komplett renoviert und verfügt über ein großzügiges Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Sat-TV. Die offene Kochnische ist mit E-Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Senseo-Kaffeepadmaschine, Kühlschrank inkl. TK-Fach und Geschirrspülmaschine ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Sulzberg ist modern möbliert. Liegefläche 1,60 x 2 m. Bettwäsche vorhanden. Helles Tageslichtbad mit Rainfall-Dusche, Waschbecken, WC und hochwertigem Unterputzradio. Handtücher liegen bereit. Im Keller stehen eigens für Gäste Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung, so dass die Ferienwohnung "Kaiserblick²" in Brannenburg auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet ist.
