My room didn’t have a hairdryer, no towels. The shower rod almost fell on my head. Reported all to management and I found maintenance man to put shower rod back up My. Next trip I will not stay there. Housekeeping didn’t sweep floors.

Upon arrival there was no greeting at the lobby. Workers don't engage guests when walking into continental breakfast. Rooms recently updated, but vinyl floors not cleaned well. Aside from all of that, it is a good inexpensive place to stay close to everything. I would still stay here again based on the price I paid and the value I received.

Rooms are excellent. Staff is outstanding. There are two areas which need improvement. The lighting for the sink area in the room needs improvement as there is only a dim light behind the mirror. The second and most urgent is the ice machine in the laundry room. It is disgusting with some growth around the area where the ice is dispensed and the area that catches any ice overflow..

The front desk staff was friendly & helpful! They moved us to a downstairs room when we found out there wasn’t an elevator & I had my elderly parents with me. It’s just old, with old bathroom facilities & a squeaky bed. The fresh vinyl flooring was nice!!! It was a great breakfast; the space was just cramped. If we had realized it had doors to outside, rather than a hall, we probably wouldn’t have booked there.

The room its self was awesome, we had some folks over us that were noisy, we called the front desk 2 nights in a row and nothing was done, this went on for 4 night of our 6 night stay. Other that that, a super great place to stay. Staff was great as always.

We have stayed at several place in Branson over the years and have mostly tried the places that were the most economical. Angel Inn, near IMAX, proved itself to us this time. The room was great, two queen beds and plenty of room inside, you didn't fell cramped up in the room. Very nice table and chairs to set and eat or just relax. Overall the room was very clean and well stocked with linen. The breakfast "BUFFET" yes I said "BUFFET" was fantastic. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, waffle, cereal and so much more, you felt you were in a restaurant. I know I sound like everything was perfect, it was for us as about as good as it could get. I hardly ever give excellent on surveys, but in this case, to me, it was. Keep up the good work Angel Inn near IMAX, because we will be back to see how things are going. Thanks
