Unsafe, rundown and dirty

WARNING!!! Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures they show and the description of their "hotel" are not what you'll actually get. Photos are either very old or photoshopped. Maybe both. First of all, this is more like a motel than a hotel because the only locked portion is the door leading to the actual room. No key card is needed to access the doors on the side which lead to a stairwell. Then, they have all doors leading to hallways propped open for some reason. The first room they put my family in was on the first floor. It was dark, musty, smelly and smokey despite being a "100% smoke free" hotel. We requested a room change. They gave us one on the 2nd floor which seemed marginally better but we were already considering staying somewhere else for the rest of our trip. We went to the pool. It's dark and there's flies both dead and alive and some dead roaches on the ground. The metal is rusted and they seem to paint over it to cover it up. What appears to be windows in their pictures are actually sliding glass doors, all of which were open because there doesn't seem to be proper ventilation for an indoor pool. Also, anybody could use the pool. Just park and go through either the sliding glass doors or any side entrance since there's no need for a key. This establishment is very unsafe. We returned to the room to shower. There was hair stuck to the wall of the shower that was not my own because they didn't clean properly. There was also dust clumps dangling from the ceiling

Its sad that a major chain has their name on this place. I no longer trust corporate names backing run down slums. The whole place was a wreck. Its so gross. I usually don't write reviews and take them with a grain of salt when choosing a place. This place isnt even cheap. I had stayed there in the past, years ago. I figured by now they would have updated or something. Nope. The staff was nice. Manager was great. The restaurant is so weird too. The breakfast is a choice of 3 items. One day super fast, next day we waited forever. I would NOT stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. They accommodated a very late check in, and had the option of a late check out, which was appreciated due to our unusual travel schedule. Staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet.

room was dirty while checking for any bugs I lifted the bed and fund extreme amount of dust bunnies and even a lip blam. Couch & love seat in room had very visible stains. A/C wall unit that ran the entire stay and pointed directly infront of the tv which made is to cold to want to sit and watch tv. The TV was VERY dim, not sure if it was broke or the brightness was off. Pool was EXTREMELY cold. Can not recommend this as a place to stay.

It was convientient to get to Silverdollar City and easy to get into Branson. The only real complaint is that the beds were very hard. The mattresses needed to be replaced Staff was great and accommodating.

Don’t waste your money

The complimentary breakfast is a joke. After standing there for 5 min the waitress came up to us & took our ticket. The front desk didn’t write the number of people in our room so she wouldn’t take it. How is that my problem?! & it was an HOUR wait! We left, there were plenty of empty tables. The front desk staff was rude & had no idea what was going on.

We were put in the bottom floor where all the pets were kept right beside the pool. We did not have a pet. The hall was hot and smelled of chlorine. There was a dead smashed spider stuck to curtain. Room was extremely old. Bathroom had no exhaust fan. Was charged a $100 hold for room which was not stated until we got there. Now have to wait for refund. Disappointed with breakfast. You had a choice of 3 items which consisted of cold eggs, tough pancakes that tasted like they were microwaved and flavorless biscuit and gravy. Will definitely not stay there again. Compared to the other Best Western in Branson this was a very disappointing place to stay.

My family and I were extremely pleased with this hotel. Very clean, roomy, nice pool area, awesome game room, good breakfast and the rooms have their own balcony which is cool! Also it’s right by food trucks and right next to silver dollar city! Not to mention all the staff was super kind and friendly! Would definitely stay again❤️
