Located in The Greens condominium complex, guests will be able to enjoy a seasonal saltwater pool as well as views of the Thousand Hills Golf Course located right next door. A spacious, covered patio offers comfy seating for evenings filled with casual conversation catching up on the musings of the day, or for a peaceful moment enjoying your morning coffee. Inside the home, there is even more to enjoy. An open-concept floor plan organically blends the living spaces together so that you and your guests can spread out while still enjoying each other’s company. The cozy living room offers sofa and recliner seating, a TV, and an electric fireplace when you’re in need of some much-deserved downtime. Create the perfect ambiance for watching a movie on cooler nights. Steps away, the dining room table includes seating for 6 that’s well-suited for both dining and hosting a game night. A chic coffee bar offers a dual drip and single-serve coffee maker. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances, cookware, and dining ware should the mood strike you to whip up a home cooked meal.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #2 also includes a king size bed with TV, private patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.



The home also includes a second full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-in unit. No stairs.

- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 assigned space, and - 1 unassigned space.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- Washer and dryer in home.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
