Easy check-in, convenient to downtown area. Off the main drag, right next to Clay Copper theater. Room was nice, clean, no dirty floors. Definitely will s stay here again.

Floor around toilet almost 2 inches up heave needs fixed, the whole room felt like it was sloped downwards and sounded like Boards were going to crack room 216 but real clean

Mixed communication with staff over early checkout charge. Noisier than ever and we have stayed there many times. Always when we go to Branson we stay at Fairfield Inn. Due to staff telling us we wouldn't be charged for early checkout but then charging us a one night penalty and the noise this year we will be changing our plans for a different hotel this fall!

Rooms are small. The bed was comfortable. We slept well because we were tired. However, there was a lot of noise, the elevator shared a wall, the ice machine was across the hall and the room faced the street, so there was also street noise.
