We recently renovated and remodeled almost our entire condo. Everything is new and clean and waiting for you and your family. We have everything you need including great wi-fi, large patio overlooking the golf course, all necessities, business workspace, board games, coffee bar, Pass to Moonshine Beach in season, smart TV, easy check-in, FREE parking, close to everything! This Fall Creek condo comes with access to some Lake Taneycomo amenities including a community marina, fishing dock, and boat rentals (fee based, ex. $5 per day to fish off the dock). The living area has a beautiful new queen sofa bed with a comfortable 5" memory foam mattress topper, a brand new comfy recliner, swivel chairs, a 65" tv, bluetooth speaker and more. The dining area has a beautiful new table that can seat two, 4 or 6 depending on how you configure it. The kitchen has a brand new refrigerator and all of the necessary appliances, pots, pans, utensils etc. Each of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed with memory foam toppers, new bedding special outlets for usb chargers. You are gonna love our place! This property is on the second floor and does have stairs to enter and the second bedroom is upstairs in the condo. This is a non smoking condo BUT we cannot control what people do in other condos in the community. There are smokers in the building. We provide an air purifier to keep our condo smelling good but there is always the chance of second hand smoke making it to the condo. IF YOU NEED A SECOND CONDO, WE HAVE ANOTHER 2 BED, 2 BATH CONDO 2 BUILDINGS AWAY.
Our customers tell us that they can't get enough of the helpful staff at this condo building. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from White River. Laundry facilities are available. The condo offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Our stay at Sunny Days was exceptional! The location was great, the property owners and the manager were excellent and extremely responsive with communication. The condo was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it to those traveling to Branson for a get-away. We will definitely check the availability here when we plan our next Branson trip.

This condo unit was spotless!! The beds were comfortable. The condo unit was well stocked with essentials like dishes, towels, laundry pods, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc. The Keurig was also a nice bonus! My only recommendation would be to have a couple extra blankets/ bedding available. The communication and check-in process was also a breeze. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay

Condo was very clean which is very important to me. Location is great and easy to get to everything in and near Branson. Condo worked well for the 4 of us. Small issue with missing parking passes, but it was quickly resolved. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. Would stay here again.

Very pleased with our first stay. We were part of a group staying nearby, so we were in a convenient location. The unit was decorated beautifully and worked excellently for five of us. Something to note: The parking lot is limited. We stayed at Christmas time and it was a struggle to get a decent spot. This isn’t anything this unit’s owners can change and not on them. My sole complaint is with the beds. Investment in some sturdier memory foam beds on better frames and headboards will go a long way. We were terribly sore after our stay, and the beds were quite noisy during sleeping use. They were reminiscent of a bed you’d use at a grandparent’s house; something akin to an afterthought.

Last minute get away

This was a last minute find for us to stay…. It definitely met my expectations. I was easily able to get in touch with both property manager and housekeeper. The only thing I would have changed was that the beds seemed to be a little small. Both beds appeared to be full size. Overall, for the money…. It was a great stay.

Great communication

The apartment is very small, but it was fine for a 4 day stay. The only issues we had while staying were the drains In the bathrooms were very slow to drain. The shower curtain in the main bathroom was very dirty and had a lot of soap scum on it. We did message the owners and it was taken care of immediately. The communication was amazing! Anytime I asked a question it was answered very quickly. The main bedroom setup is strange. The sinks for the main bathroom are out next to the hallway so there’s no door to shut when you’re at the sinks. There’s a door separating the toilet and shower from the sink sinks. But I would’ve liked for there to just be one big bathroom instead of it all sectioned off and then not much privacy..

Just like the pictures

This was a great location, central to Branson, Table Rock Lake, and Thunder Ridge Arena. We were no more than 15 minutes from where we wanted to go. The condo was easy to check in (there is a flight of steps to get up to the door, fyi). It was clean and looked exactly like the photos! Communication with the host was clear and easy. I would recommend this place!

Great property, perfect for us, difficulty communicating sometimes.

This property was perfect for our little family. We enjoyed playing cards in the mornings out on the deck and enjoying a movie night and dinner together in the evenings. It truly was great. Our kids had a blast going up and down the stairs. The property was clean but did smell of cigarette smoke (not sure if that was due to the property below or not) despite being advertised as a non-smoking property. Only downside was a couple of miscommunications with the property manager regarding parking passes and pack and plays. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Get Away Place

The location was quiet, clean, golf course fairway directly off the deck and only 5 minutes to HWY 76. It's great when everything goes so smoothly that you don't have to contact anyone with any issues. That's what makes it a Great Get Away Place!
