Located within The Cove resort community (previously known as Eagles Nest), the home also provides guests with access to an array of desirable onsite amenities such as the outdoor pool with lounge area, a convenient way to stay relaxed and refreshed closer to home.



On days away from the lake, make sure you plan out plenty of time for a drive around broader Branson. Closest to you is thrilling Silver Dollar City, great for families and adrenaline seekers alike. As you make your way to downtown, check out the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or Dolly Parton’s Stampede, just to name a few of many destinations. Between mini golf and the virtually unlimited options for dining and shopping, there’s no shortage of ways to fill up your days.



As you wind down the afternoon back at the home, make your way to the spacious, shaded deck with comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a beverage while watching the sun set behind the Ozarks. Stepping indoors, the open and airy interior offers cozy spaces for connection as well as entertaining, beginning with the well-appointed living room where you can curl up on plush sofa seating while you surf the channels or queue up an evening movie. Steps away, a chic dining table with seating for 6 is the ideal venue for dining together or hosting a spontaneous game night. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs whether you fancy family-style, homecooked meals or takeout from a newly discovered restaurant.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles.

• This is a main-level unit with 16 steps required going down.

• This property has access to the Outdoor Pool and Communal Hot tub - Open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
