The hostess was nice on the phone. We got to talk a lot about all of the problems we had. The first night there, we smelled propane, and the answering service suggested calling 911 because none of the maintenance crew would answer the phone. We got a cop to show up and found out the gas was on, but the pilot light was out, no big deal, woke up the next morning to take a jacuzzi tub bath to find out the water was only warm. The hostess called to see what happened during the night, and we talked about the water only being warm, so while we were gone out for the day, the maintenance crew stopped by to find a hole in the hot water heater. They called, and we had to move cabins. Then later in the week, close to the end of our say the pipes in the new cabin froze up,p and we were told we needed to move again. I asked if there was a way we could get a discount for all of the issues, and was told no, and when I pressed, we were told they would have a manager call me, well that never happened, if they had worked with ours or even tried to help us a little, things would have been better, but to tell us something and then not follow through after a few different large problems, well we will not be back again
