We had 2 rooms booked and an email confirmation from the hotel. Our room type for one of the rooms on the reservation was not honored. The person checking us in poor attitude. He just kept saying all can tell you is what I'm seeng right here. He literally waved off the email I was showing him. On top of that we look forward all afternoon to the hot tub after walking all day. Our last stay here, it was great but this time it was literally cold, not even lukewarm.

I did not like that the advertized hot tub was really cold. I also did not like the attitude of the guy who checked us in. We had a king room reserved and an email confirmation but got 2 queens. He kept blaming expedia and blew me off. Not helpful.

The hotel itself isn't bad. Could use some updating. The free breakfast was really good. The service was great. My main issue was that we had no hot water in our shower. I notified the front desk and they notified maintenance as well as discounted our room for the inconvenience. Overall, I would stay again.

It was okay. The hotel was hot and humid during our whole stay, in our room, in the hallways, making it not very comfortable. The fitted sheet on the beds kept sliding off in the night not fitting the bed well. The bathroom is too tiny to even move around in. The front desk person just wanted to sell me stuff and when I said no was not very pleasant afterwards. Trying to call the hotel for information was not easy. There are 3 different numbers on Google and you could never reach anyone.

Thousand Hill’s Resort

Check-in is a little later than expected and the elevators congestion was bad during checkout out time which is early. The breakfast was great and area is easy access to attractions.

When I made reservations I was told King suite, 9 th floor, connecting ($25 additional. Not what we got! First try, room not served! Second try 5th floor, old room. That is what we settled for. Truly was not like the pictures sent looked like, not what I was sold, not on 9th floor! We do this trip annually (Sight and Sound). We are accustomed to nice accommodations, which is what we thought we were getting!

We enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast was very good and estimated to save us $30 a day if we ate at a local restaurant. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Elevators were easy accessed. Only negative would be the parking. Plenty of spaces ,but everything is on a hill. But what’s new, everything in Branson is parking on a hill. We will stay there again.
