The hotel front staff is so welcoming! Easy access to walk to many things to do. Nice lobby with couches, convenient elevators, breakfast has a large variety to please everyone, nice bar for adults, we didn’t see the pool area. Beds were so comfortable! Room is a bit dated and we had a drawer that kept opening in the dresser (thinking it wasn’t sitting straight). Convenient onsite parking. For the price would stay again.

The rooms are definitely outdated. Beds were nice. The breakfast included did not taste good and it never changed from day to day. It was bland. Love the convenience of the restaurant in the evening inside the hotel. I did not like having to call for room service for towels to be changed or trash to be changed. Overall it was okay. Parking was a nightmare at this hotel. It’s on very steep hills. Guest service check in should be separated from the hotels “sells reps”. It’s inconvenient when you are at the hotel desk line having to wait on 3 different people doing sells pitches and ignoring customers standing right in front of them. When checking in or out of the hotel I don’t mind waiting in line behind people but I did get aggravated with the workers behind the desk staying on the phones instead of helping customers.

The hotel staff members were all friendly and helpful. The property was well taken care of and clean. Breakfast was really good, and we enjoyed having a coffee shop on site. The hotel is huge though, so be prepared to park far away if you're arriving late. There's plenty of parking and it's free parking which is nice. They also need more elevators. During checkout, it's hard to catch an elevator that isn't already full.

Unpleasant stay was told we could check in early at 2 pm then had to wait till 4 returned at 5:45 and they tried to turn us away again stating they didn’t have any clean rooms due to the parties they had then couldn’t accommodate late check out. Roaches found in bathroom jacuzzi tub didn’t work properly. Breakfast 2/5 at best

The check in to the property was very good. I was pre-registered so it went quickly. However, we were unable to locate a cart to put our luggage on. I asked to different employees who “ were going to bring me one.” They never did. We finally carried in all our luggage. This was poor service. The parking is a nightmare. Steep parking lots and not enough spaces. We parked in another lot and jumped a ditch to get to the lot to walk in. We will not be staying here anymore. Thank you.

First night the tub was not clean- got in from a concert at 11 and made to move rooms. No compensation for the inconvenience. Next day our room did not get cleaned because we didn’t tell the cleaner we wanted it clean? Although we didn’t know this is what we had to do? We wasn’t told this at check in and there was also a do not disturb sign on the door knob to use incase we didn’t want this? This was annoying to come back to at 10pm the next night. That night realized the tv didn’t work. Had to have maintenance come up and look at tv. He fixed the remote. He left to get a new one and come back…it worked for about 5 mins and stop again. I didn’t bother calling front desk again. Not sure I would stay again. Breakfast was okay…nothing to hype about.

‼️ PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.‼️ I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this felt needed. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve been to. The only thing decent about the room was the bed. ➡️I like to sleep in a dark room and they only had see-through curtains covering the windows! And the blackout curtains were only there for decoration on the sides of the window. They would not even close to cover the window. So at night it was super bright in the room from all the lights outside. ➡️ The bathroom had mold all around the shower!! ➡️ They do not do room service during your stay. You have to call to request towels, trash bags, etc.. ➡️ No microwave in rooms. You have to go to the lower level to heat food up. ➡️ Outdated and just didn’t have a clean feeling.
