Breakfast was same every day, lids for coffee cups in room too small, didn't fit. Asked for 3 towels, washcloths, handtowels. Did not receive the 3 washcloths. Shampoo & conditioner hard to dispense & the bottles were really small. Mattresses not firm enough. No comforter on bed, only sheets & thin quilt in between. Parking was scarce. Indoor pool was not heated. No alarm clock.

Room was clean and super cold when we arrived. Breakfast was nice, could use some more variety, but it was still good! Air conditioning works amazing. Maybe add an option to login to streaming apps on the tv.

Rooms were nice, but the carpet on 6th floor was horrible. Rooms were hard to keep cool or warm. The selling at the front desk was very pushy, and made the wait to checking in and out longer than should have been.

The bathroom was extremely small and 1 sink. The toilet is very short and hard to sit on and im only 5ft tall. Was put in a room at first was occupied and had to be moved to another room. For a large hotel the restaurants and dining areas are small. The carpet could be cleaned and updated Enjoyed our view from our corner room was excellent! Our stay was good but a feww hiccups. Just some updating

The breakfast buffet had hard biscuits, greasy sausage, yummy gravy, can fruit, crispy tater tots, delicious scrambled eggs and warm, soft oatmeal with brown sugar and dried fruit, little muffins, cold french toast sticks, cold cereals. There were several drink options including apple, orange juice, milk, coffee, hot tea. The room needed some updates like the bathroom door looked like wolverine had scratched it, carpet needed vacuumed, and you had to request clean towels and housekeeping didn't clean rooms daily. I had to dump my own trash. It was a work stay place rather than a relaxing vacation spot.
