Traveled to Branson for a softball tournament during Branson’s off-season. This hotel stay was a steal. Everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the excursion that we did have time for. Looking forward to planning a trip, not involving Softball.

We had 1 towel in our bathroom & it took 2 phone calls & about 5 hours to get more towels. There was 1 silver-dollar size bar of soap in the bathroom. There was no hot water to bathe on Saturday nor Sunday. The website stated rooms had a microwave. There was a microwave by the ice machine. The staff member at check-in was unpleasant & answered questions rudely.

Beautiful amazing hotel with a bit of human error.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We had an amazing view and the beds were comfortable. The service was very good especially Robin at the Front Desk when we first checked in. We did have an issue with being charged for a room that was supposed to have been cancelled and at the time of the charge the Front Desk clerk just made it a bit more upsetting especially when they said we had to cancel 24-48 hrs before the reservation but I reserved it on The Hotels.com app and it said we were able to cancel anytime even the day of for convenience. This was stressful for our family that was charged for the unneeded room and we had to wait until morning to get it reversed by the Manager but it still made it stressful because we're on a budget and had to wait for money to go back 3-5 days later and we only spent 2 nights and they couldn't give the cash they took from the card and that's upsetting when you have kids and you don't have the money to spare. They just need to coordinate the policy so that it's clear to the Desk Clerk to avoid issues like this. The only other thing is that the pictures of the Pool are Definitely Deceiving even though they are beautiful and clean, I've just never seen a pool that was Indoor/Outdoor where half was inside and there was a way to go out of it and into the outdoor pool which made the water cold due to snow/cold outside but the Hot tub was great. Overall, a great time and beautiful hotel that I definitely recommend. Great Memories to cherish.

The elevators and rooms are spacious. Allows for plenty of people and luggage. The whole place smells great. The pamphlets in the lobby are nice to have available, although some were out dated. The breakfast is decent, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage links, French toast strips, potatoes. There is cereal available, yogurt, juice and coffee. Parking is available front and back.
