This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I find it impossible that people are rating this any higher than 1 star. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable (springs poking through), and they give you one very flat pillow. I actually had to roll my clothes up to use as a pillow. My travel partner and I started joking that it closely resembles a prison. Someone else in the reviews said it looked abandoned, but I think it looks like a set from a Zombie apocalypse movie. The curtains don't cover the windows, and the internet didn't work, so I had to use a hotspot for the entire five days I was there. The TV does not stream and has barely one channel; the rest are static. The windows are paper-thin, and you can hear everything outside. You will regret staying here.

No wifi or hardly any internet connection in rooms. Only in the lobby or close to the elevator it's working, else: no way. The, know about the issue but do not solve it. Further: very bad service at the receptio . They ignore you or walk away. They do not solve any problem and serve other guests and try not to look at you. If you want a problem fixes: they don't. Literally: one guy ignored me and afterwarda pointed at his new colleague which just arrived. Asked him and they guy just said he will not help me, took his bag and walked away. Reception was afterwarda empty for 30min....

Recepção displicente com o hóspede, tratamento frio, sem empatia alguma. Recepção noturna (Israel), não teve o mínimo de atenção para explicar o funcionamento do serviço da área de conveniência, de poucas palavras e um ar de desprezo com o hóspede. Café da manhã com diversos itens gelados, como ovos e salsicha. Janelas nos quartos, sem limitadores de abertura, não recomendado a hóspedes com crianças. Estrutura muito envelhecida, carece de muitas reformas.
