The apartment was in very bad conditions. Very dirty, bad, pillows and bad clothes in a very poor quality. Dangerous electricity wires. The property shouldn't be listed for rent. I left the place after the 1st night and would like to have my money back as soon as possible.

Ótimo custo-benefício

Pontos positivos: ducha do chuveiro excelente, camas confortáveis, muito espaço no armário para acomodar as roupas. Pontos negativos: não tinha uma coberta( mas foi avisado antes), móveis do apartamento antigos e o principal foi que a tv não pegava nenhum canal(a tv até ligava, mas não tinha controle remoto e o receptor não estava ligado a tv, não tinha os fios conectando-o a tv). Fiquei 4 dias sem tv e no hotel não conseguiram resolver essa situação, por se tratar de um flat particular. Achei de muito mal gosto anunciarem que tinha tv no apartamento e na hora não ter controle e não estar nem conectada ao receptor. Perdi o oscar e a confiança nesse tipo de locação.

Banheiro precário em higiene e manutenção. Quarto com mobilia velha, odor de bolor. Não tem controle da TV. Não tem talheres ou prato. Cortina velha, rasgada e com odor de bolor. Lamentável.

O quarto não é do hotel. Está destroçado, cortina velha cheia de furos. Havia uma furadeira trabalhando o tempo todo no quarto ao lado. O andar todo está em reforma. Mobília velha e muito desgastada.

Colchão ruim

Apartamento 1321 em condições ruins. Porta do banheiro não fecha, móveis muito antigos, TV não funciona, instalações elétricas muito antigas. Só uma tomada disponível e no banheiro. O colchão é de baixíssima qualidade, deita e afunda. Não tem qualquer firmeza. Pode ser que tenha quem goste desse tipo de colchão, mas está fora de qualquer padrão.

O Hotel é maravilhoso, os recepcionistas foram muito solícitos, a decoração impecável. Aluguei um apartamento particular, as camas não estavam muito arrumadas, não tinha cobertas,somente um lençol em cada cama para embrulhar, então para os que alugarão particular, levem suas roupas de cama. No mais gostei muito da estadia .
