Located in the Vista Point subdivision of Breckenridge, Rachel Lane is a great combination of sweeping ski area views, convenient in town location, and riverfront nature. The property is located on a soothing and quiet stream, and hiking trail for both summer and winter enjoyment. With breathtaking views from every room, this home is just the medicine for your vacation blues. The home features many amenities including multiple flat screen TV's, a pool table, air hockey table, two car garage, an entertainment room with a wet bar, and a large hot tub with ski area views!

Right when stepping into the home, you are greeted with wood floors leading to a cozy and quiet living area complete with leather couches and a gas fireplace. Just off of the main living area, you will be dazzled by the granite and stainless covered kitchen, outfitted with every possible gadget and appliance you would need for warm and inviting home cooked meals. The kitchen opens up to the main den, complete with a nice sized flat screen and super comfy couches, making it easy to cook, eat, and watch the game at the same time. The main level has two bedroom, one with a pillowy queen bed, and the other bedroom has two sets of log twin over twin bunk beds.

The upper level consists of two bedrooms, including the master bedroom, complete with a queen bed, a huge bathroom, and a private deck opening up the the fantastic ski area view. The second bedroom hosts a very nice queen bed, and a great view of the ten mile range. On the lower level you will be blown away by the expansive entertainment area, complete with a pool table, huge flat screen, wet bar, air hockey table, and private patio leading out the the large hot tub.

BRECKENRIDGE NOISE ORDINANCE – Quiet hours are from 10PM – 8AM. Violation of quiet hours is a class 2 petty offense and will result in a fine of up to $600 per violation from the Breckenridge Police Department.
The HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS ARE STRICTLY enforcing any violation to the POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE COUNTY CODE VIOLATION DEPARTMENT.
This property has a couple of very sensitive neighbors, who will call in complaints if excessive noise occurs outside of quiet hours, which may result in a complaint to the STR hotline or a visit from the police. Please be respectful of this home and it neighbors.
