Great place to stay, very clean!

Stayed here for a night while touring the mountains to see fall leaves. We stayed here because of the affordable cost compared to other places in Breck and other mountain towns nearby. We were pleasantly delighted by this place--they call it a resort though we didn't utilize many of the amenities they offered. We stayed in the studio unit with 1 bed and living room area--it was SO clean (probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in!) and well-stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. The location is great--we likely could have walked to downtown for dinner, though we opted not to. Parking in the surface lots was tricky but we were able to park in the underground lot no problem. Great place, wish we could've stayed longer!

Check in was ok. There was only 1 gentleman working and a long line. We waited 30 mins to check in with easily 5 more families behind us. Room is actually a rented out condo so pictures will be very different than what you book. Loved having a kitchen. But our suite did have some major issues. Over the bed it looks like there was or is a water leak. Many outlets have cracks around them, and the bathroom had weird separation in the bathroom with tiles that probably have mold up in them. Same tiles are in the kitchen that have water spots. We only slept in the king bed which was super comfy but there’s ZERO AC or air circulation. Which we didn’t realize. So it gets HOT and then they don’t like the windows or doors left open and that barely gets the air circulating. Pots and pans are definitely old and old teflon coating which should be replaced. Kitchen knives are super dull. They give basics and just salt and pepper. Decor looks like it needs to be replaced as well.

A little old, but good value for the $ in Breck

The property is a little dated and it could use some renovations. There was a big conference happening at the center, so checkin took forever and parking was nearly impossible (I paid for parking and couldn't get a spot inside their parking garage; had to double park and ask the front desk, they told me to park outside by the conference center, so I got uncovered parking). The hotel itself is nice enough, we had a suite with a kitchenette and living area. The sofa and carpet just looked a little old and in need of refurbishing. The room was clean. We liked having a kitchenette with a fridge. This is fairly good value for the $.
