An open living area gives your group space to gather, play games, and unwind after adventures. Two bedrooms include TVs for laid-back movie nights, and WiFi is provided for planning your next outing. You’ll also have access to a communal washer and dryer in the complex—handy for longer stays. After a day on the slopes or trails, enjoy the building’s communal hot tub and outdoor pool for a refreshing après experience.

• Stairs: Stairs are required inside the home.

• WiFi & cell service: Due to Breckenridge’s mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Communal amenities: The hot tub, outdoor pool, and laundry are shared amenities. Availability, hours, and seasonality are set by the complex and may vary.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
