THE PEFECT CHALET

This chalet has a view of Peak 7 and has Colorado Room which provides for extra living space during your stay. This chalet has one bedroom, kitchen, bath, living room and a loft for sleeping. We have a gas BBQ grills and a deck with outdoor seating. Generally, the chalets can sleep four (4) adults comfortably with the use of the Master Bedroom and the loft which has two queen beds. Each chalet is stocked with kitchen utensils and linens. Check-out is at 11am. Smoking is prohibited in the chalets. I do allow pets as long as you clean up after them. They must remain on a leash while on the resort grounds.

Great location for accessing local ski resorts! Host was very responsive during the stay. House had all necessities covered. We did a lot of cooking ourselves and while the kitchen was small, we were able to make it work. Great spot for people looking for a place to stay after a day on the mountain. Hard to beat for the price!

DO NOT STAY HERE! The host was initially easy to communicate with, but once the trouble started she disappeared. 20 degrees outside and NO HEAT. The owner would not reply, so I booked a different place to stay. The place is in a good location, but very run down and not well kept. Door held shut with duct tape, refrigerator leaks, wiring hazards in the bathroom. VRBO actually told me that "heat is not on the list of included amenities". Do yourself a favor and stay at a different place.

Getting Out of the Heat

I came to the area to leave the Phoenix heat and enjoy the great weather. I did! The location is great. The place is a little dated and the bathroom is small, but it worked for me and my dogs. There was a little bit of a hiccup checking in because I had the old code, but the host responded quickly and all else went well.

The pic displayed was not the unit that we were assigned to, so that part was a bit disappointing. We were quite close to other units on either side. A week of resort riding

The Chalet sits in a great location - Several resorts are all within 30 minutes as well as multiple towns/communities. The space was cozy but comfortable for me and three other adults. If you plan on cooking, all of the general tools are there to be able to get you by. A tall pot is about the only item missing for boiling pasta but we were able to get by with one of the larger pans. The space would also be perfect for a family - Smaller kids would love the upstairs loft! I would definitely book this space again. Thank you for the great stay!
