GRAND TIMBER LODGE IN BRECKENRIDGE VILLAGE

Grand Timber Lodge is a wonderful multi-building property with a 24 hour front desk, a game room, multiple pools and hot tubs, a restaurant, pool table and tabletop shuffleboard in a fantastic lobby, outdoor shuffleboard and cornhole, giant Connect Four and Chess games outdoors, laundry facilities in each building, and much more. It is in the woods and has hiking trails going out right behind the building. Free parking for one car is under the buildings. This is a studio apartment at Grand Timber Lodge.

All the shops and restaurants in Breck are within walking distance from this unit. There are free buses that go near the building to anywhere in the Breckenridge and Dillon area, but everything you need is within walking distance. There is also a shuttle that can take you into town and bring you home. We love to rent bikes at the local bike shops, eat and shop in downtown, ride the free gondola to the fun park and hiking trails on the ski mountain, and much more. You can walk to a local bike shop, rent a bike and ride it downhill to Lake Dillon (where we also like to rent a pontoon boat for the afternoon), then leave your bikes there for the rental shop to pick up and ride the free bus back to Breck - minimal uphill biking and a beautiful ride along the creek. Or you can rent ebikes and ride them down and back. We also have a great time riding the free gondola up to the huge fun center open on the mountain, or taking an additional chair ride to the top of Breck to follow the nature trail or climb the rock climbing wall or rent mountain bikes which you can take up the lift to the top of the mountain and ride down over and over..

If you want to get out to do even more, Rocky Mountain National Park, as well as several passes over the Continental Divide are also a short drive away.
