My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Ranahan for a few days in the beginning of March. The property and room were clean and we loved having the full kitchen, laundry, and living space. The bed was super comfy (this is REALLY important to us). We had to call the front desk for assistance operating the dryer and not only did assistance show up immediately, he showed us how to operate the machine, and the front desk called shortly after the visit to make sure we were satisfied with the service. WOW!! Then we called to request more towels and robes so that we could venture out to the hot tubs. Again, the individual showed up shortly after the call with our requested items. And again we received a call shortly thereafter following up. GREAT SERVICE!! We enjoyed the close proximity to hiking/snowshoeing trails, and the towns of Breckenridge and Frisco. Would defiitely stay again!!

The room was very nice with everything we needed to make dinner or to wash our clothes. We LOVED the heated pool, slide, and the hot tubs were amazing. The perfect place to stay especially with little kids.

Allison, the General Manager of this property, does not know how to communicate effectively with guests. She was very rude and displayed a complete lack of empathy when they revoked our room keys for a room we had already paid for, due to the resort fee being declined on my card. Instead of discussing the issue with me, nobody showed any understanding, and we were forced out of our room in the middle of the night. I even offered to pay the resort fee in cash, but nobody accepted my offer. The next day, when we went to settle the resort fee with a different card, Allison's lack of professionalism continued; she remarked, "Let’s go ahead and pay it then. Let’s settle the amount you don’t want to pay for." This was very disappointing. Fortunately, Manny, the operations manager, was present and accepted my cash payment.

We have always loved staying at this property however we had a few snags. The fireplace only worked one day. The bath/bedroom had a Darth Vader heaving breathing 24/7 (corner unit) and the family upstairs was constantly moving furniture and running around at all hours. We loved the warm pool and views but had a strong gas smell. Someone left the grills on so we informed an employe who did not understand (no english). My husband ended up fixing the issue. Again minor issues so we will be back to this property staying in a top villa.
