Spotlessly clean room, huge comfortable bed and comfy pillows. Extremely quiet....never heard anything once in our room. Communal areas relaxing and comfortable. Handy for the train station and only a ten minute walk to the town centre.

The cleaner on floor 2 was incredibly noisy from as early as 8am. Banging about and hoovering rooms and the hallway which ruined a much need lay in! The hotel is lovely but it completely ruined my stay.
