Poor communication with the owners

The place is confortable and has a nice terrace, but the owners have poor communication related to their expecations, probably from lack of experience in renting their house. They advertise the property with a lower price from not having a cleaning fee, but will expect that you pay an additional cleaning fee at the check out directly to them. Also, they provide ammenities like towels and bed sheets, but they expect that, if you use them, thay you pay some extra money during check out.

Excellent Séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Yves et sa femme. La gâche, un pain brioché, spécialité vendéenne nous attendait 😋, une attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée. On adoré la maison, ses équipements, son calme reposant et son jardin dans lequel nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners aux chants des oiseaux. Activités très riches autour de Brem sur Mer, nombreux parcs, accrobranches, balades à cheval, pic-nique au bord du magnifique lac de Jaunay, plages, passage du Gois à marrée basse pour rejoindre Noirmoutier, etc. Notre seul regret et de ne pas avoir pris plus de jours de congés.
