This is a charming small hotel with a pleasant staff. Rooms were recently remodeled and are always spotlessly clean. The morning breakfast is quite nice. Note that the front desk closes at 5 so you often need to let yourself in with a code. I highly recommend

The last stop in our Italian vacation, and we made a last minute change from Milan to Brescia because this hotel had such high ratings! It did not disappoint and lived up to the ratings. Our hosts went over and above to assist and check that our stay was comfortable. The bathroom was impeccable with quality toiletries and the best blow drier my whole trip (I’m going to start rating hotels by their blow driers). Short walk to three main Piazzas, plenty of food choices. The breakfast was the best one our whole trip, fruit was so fresh! If we are lucky enough to return to Brescia, we would stay here and stay longer.

If you decide to visit Brescia - STAY HERE!

We were in Brescia for one night. And this hotel was just amazing, literally just amazing. The room is clean to an immaculate level - literally I checked on top of a tall closet and that was clean. And the room looks exactly like the pictures. The air conditioning unit was cleaned well. The breakfast was amazing, the only issue was they kept offering food and I just could not eat it all. The location is great next to the major sites and a metro station.

I really enjoyed my comfortable, quiet and scenic stay at Locanda Delle Mercanzie. I appreciated the kind greeting, the free bottles of water, the nice cozy robe, and more! Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice selections for breakfast. And, the BnB is located in the heart of Brescia for ease of walking around. Thank you to the lovely hosts.

We have very good hostesses, Lidia and Stephania. They were very friendly and were very helpful with information about places we can go to. Staffs who serves breakfast were also very nice. Overall impression of this hotel is fantastic!!!

We had an amazing stay here! The room was clean, renovated, and comfortable. Our hosts were available to answer any questions we had - including assisting us with getting some laundry done. The breakfast in the mornings was the highlight of our stay - the best cappuccinos and pancakes! Highly recommend you stay here when visitng Brescia!

The hotel is beautiful and located on a charming street close to a metro stop in the city center. The staff contacted us to see what time we were checking in and gave us instructions for late check in. The served a delicious breakfast and allowed us to leave our bags the day we checked out until our train that evening. It was delightful!
