The Space:

Het Heem 39 is a fully furnished house for six people. Upon arrival you enter a cosy living room with television and dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside you'll find a nice terrace with lounge seating and garden furniture. A high chair is available. Pets are welcome.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. Bis zum Strand ist es etwas länger zu laufen. Sehr ruhige Lage, viel Platz. Nur die beiden Badezimmer sind sehr klein. Das Objekt ist gepflegt aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus liegt frei und steht in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Zum abschalten ideal. Hinter dem Haus ist eine kleine Wiese von einer Hecke umgeben. Für einen Familienurlaub groß genug. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und reichen voll und ganz aus. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht. Die Badezimmer sind etwas klein, reichen aber aus. Alles in allem würde ich jederzeit wieder dort meinen Urlaub verbringen.Es hat zwar keinen Luxus zu bieten aber ich kann es jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Soweit alles in Ordnung...alles funktionell aber auch durchaus in die Jahre gekommen...an der ein oder anderen Stelle (besonders die Bäder) wäre eine Renovierung angebracht. Luftlinie ist das Haus zwar nahe am Strand aber dadurch daß man nicht vom Park direkt an den Strand gehen kann doch relativ weit zu laufen..

Dusche läuft nur noch minimal,Bad 70 er Jahre,Türen in der Wohnung teilweise Schlösser defekt,wir haben bei dem Preis mehr erwartet.

Es war sehr entspannend. Keine Probleme. Allerdings ist man ohne Auto aufgeschmissen. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter.
