From the moment you enter this 30m² apartment, you access the living area: on the left, a lounge area with a sofa and television will allow you to relax after your days by the sea. Nearby, the open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals as if at home: ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you might need. A dining table completes this friendly space.
At the back, you will find a shower room with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet. On the sleeping side, after the bathroom, you will find a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and in the mezzanine, a second space, with very little ceiling height with two single beds (90x190) adapted more for children. The living room sofa is convertible and can also be used by children.
For even more comfort, you will also have a washing machine and an outdoor parking space located in front of the house.
