This comfortable and modern chalet in a quiet and secure residence (digital code gate and video surveillance), will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation and leisure thanks to the large covered and heated swimming pool, the playground for young children, the petanque court, and the proximity of the beach, which is 2 km away, allowing you to enjoy sunbathing, nautical activities (sailing, kite-surfing, surfing), hiking or equestrian.



The living room is composed of three distinct areas: the open kitchen is equipped with induction stovetops, an American refrigerator, an American refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle; then the dining area where you can gather around good food; and finally the nicely furnished living room, a cozy corner to relax in front of the television.



Once night falls, you can go and rest in one of the 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with dressing room and television, the second with a double bed and the last with a pull-out bed. The chalet can thus comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
