House of about 130 m2 and enclosed land. Located 750m from the beach of Marais Girard. This house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. The 4 bedrooms and the sleeping area under the eaves comfortably accommodate up to 11 people.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms and a dormitory area on the mezzanine level. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with a bed 140 and a sink, a second with a bed 140 and the third with a bed of 140.
Upstairs a closed bedroom with a bed 140 and a sink and the dormitory area open on the mezzanine with 4 single beds of 90.
You will have a living room, a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, filter coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster)
